MiniMasters Chess staff app
Signing in
Open the app, choose Coach or Manager, and sign in with the username and password your manager gave you. Coaches can change their password in My profile. Forgot it? Ask a manager for a new one.
Class reminders
On the Schedule tab, tap Turn on reminders and allow notifications. You'll get a reminder 2 hours before each class. If you don't get them, check that notifications for MiniMasters are on in your phone's Settings.
Timesheets
Timesheets are due every other Tuesday. Open the Timesheet tab, untick any class you didn't coach, add extra pay, and tap Send to manager.
